There was no need to prioritise function over form on this office and retail site: 306 Cameron Road achieves both with a dedication to energy efficiency, and a pleasure in architecture that inspires the tenants and the passers-by.
Glass has been fully utilised to breathe light into the 7800sqm space, which will see over 600 people occupying four office floors and five retail spaces. Louvres are an important feature of 306 Cameron Road, and have not been installed uniformly. This ensures each aspect of the building maximises light, but looks after tenants by moderating natural heat from the sun.
The prime Cameron Road location provides a high profile exposure of the new business hub emerging on Cameron Road.
