Manor Group Investments is a specialist property investment and management company based in Tauranga.

Humble beginnings and family values are the essence of The Manor Group’s ethos.

A family-owned and operated company, The Manor Group has grown from its first acquisition of Cedar Manor, Tauranga in 1988 to today, becoming a major progressive developer throughout New Zealand.

The deeply-felt loss of patriarch and company founder Peter Craig in 1999 provided a platform for his wife Joan and their four children to assess what was important to them. Peter’s entrepreneurial spirit, alongside his vision leant itself to the company’s growth.

Adam Yates was then appointed CEO to ensure Peter’s legacy of people-focused business continued, whilst navigating the company into a progressive direction, where he continues to do so, today.

Tauranga is the heart of The Manor Group, and the company’s charitable trust ensures all facets of the community benefit from the success of the business now and for years to come.
